Ohio, Pennsylvania mark the one year anniversary of East Palestine derailment

East Palestine sits right along the Ohio Pennsylvania border, and on the evening of Feb. 3, 2023, a Norfolk Southern train more than a mile long leapt the tracks on its way out of town, scattering dozens of train cars around the tracks.
